Direct Flights in Business to Oceania this Fall

If springtime in Australia and/or New Zealand has been on your bucket list, now is the time to book as there are plenty of saver awards available through Air Canada flying on United and/or Air New Zealand in business from Houston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles to Auckland, Sydney, and Brisbane between September and October 2023.

Air New Zealand and United are part of the Star Alliance so these flights may also be available through purchase through other Star Alliance partners like Avianca LifeMiles, United, or ANA. Although, the best one-way price is through Air Canada while the best round trip price would be through ANA (120k total per person).

If you have AMEX points and want to book one way, Avianca LifeMiles will be your best redemption as there is a 15% transfer bonus until Aug 31, 2023 bringing the price down to 70k per person.

Please note ANA is only a transfer partner of AMEX and it would take at least two days for your points to transfer to ANA. If you book through Air Canada, you can also keep in mind you can add a stopover on each one-way or round trip ticket for as little as 5k extra per person.
