Conway Media, LLC, 10xTravel,” (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Sensitive Personal Data

The California Privacy Rights Act identifies the following as “Sensitive Personal Information”: personal information that reveals (1) a consumer’s Social Security or other state identification number such as a driver’s license; (2) a consumer’s account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; (3) consumer’s geolocation; (4) consumer’s racial or ethnic origin; (5) religious or philosophical beliefs; (6) union membership; (7) the contents of a consumer’s mail, email, or text messages, unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication; and (8) consumer’s genetic data.

We either don’t collect any Sensitive Personal Information, or we don’t use that Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about you.

How Your Information May be Used With Third Parties

Any aggregated data or any information which does not identify any individual and de-identified data may be disclosed to third parties by us without any restrictions. We are not obligated to first receive consent before disclosing any such data or information.

We may use your information and data for direct marketing purposes. This may include us using your information to contact you about our own or third parties’ goods or services that they or we think may be of interest to you. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email marketing, each email should contain an unsubscribe link which will allow you to opt out of our direct marketing. If an email does not contain an unsubscribe link, follow the instructions provided in the “Your Rights” section to opt-out.

We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. You may receive ads based on your navigation and use on our Website. Third Parties

  • Third Party Tracking

When you make a purchase, submit a donation, or engage in any financial transaction on our Platform, your personal and financial information, such as your name, email address, billing address, and credit card details, may be collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not collect, store, or process your personal information regarding these financial transactions. To learn more about the security measures implemented by our payment processor, please visit their privacy policy or contact them directly. By providing your personal and financial information to complete a transaction on our Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information by our payment processor as necessary to complete the transaction and as described in this Privacy Policy.

Chatbot

  • Our Website employs an AI chatbot, powered by a third party service provider, Wonderchat, to provide assistance and improve your user experience. Please be aware that the chatbot is an artificial intelligence and not a human operator. As you interact with the chatbot, please refrain from sharing any private or confidential information, such as passwords, Social Security numbers, or financial details. The chatbot is not designed to facilitate transactions and should not be used for inputting payment information. Both Company and Wonderchat will have access to the chatlog conversations that occur between you and the AI chatbot. This information is collected to enhance and maintain the quality of the chatbot service, as well as to provide better support to our users. However, please rest assured that your chatlog conversations will not be sold, shared, or utilized for marketing or advertising purposes. By using the AI chatbot, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, storage, and use of your chatlog conversations, as described in this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions or concerns about this AI chatbot usage, please feel free to contact us.
  • We will only share your information or data if it is absolutely necessary to accomplish the purposes we collect it, which include, managing our interactions with you, preventing or investigating fraud, processing transactions, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
  • All of your data that we share with Service Providers, which is necessary for our Website’s business purpose, is disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
  • Our Platform contains links to other sites over which we have no control, and we assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of other third-party sites to which you choose to visit from the links hosted on our Platform, and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.   • Information gathered on a co-branded page may be retained by both the other company participating in the co-branding campaign and us.   • Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of our selling or sharing of your personal information with third parties by making a request at 10xtravel.com/opt-out

You have the right to object to us selling or sharing your data for any purpose. You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information at any time. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize the sharing or sales of personal information. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sharing or sales at any time by contacting us at bryce@10xtravel.com.

  • Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collect from you and retain, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request to see if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, or otherwise perform our contract with you.

  6. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us or that are compatible with the context that you provided it.
  7. Comply with a legal obligation.

We will delete or de-identify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.

  • Right to No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you if you exercise any of your rights. However, we may charge different prices or provide different levels of services to you if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided to us by your data. Further, we retain the right to provide financial incentives for the ability to collect, sell, share, or retain personal information (if consented to).

  • Right to Rectification

You have the right to direct us to change or modify the data we have collected from you if you believe that the data is inaccurate or out-of-date. You can modify your information at any time in your User Account. If necessary, you may direct us to modify your information in writing.

  • Right to Data Portability

You have the right to move, copy, or transfer your personal data in our possession to another controller if we are processing your data after receiving your consent or if the processing is being carried out by automated means. We will deliver your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

  • Do Not Track Disclosures

We support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

  • Exercising your Rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to exercise the data owner’s rights. You may only request to exercise your rights twice in one 12-month period.

Your request must:

  1. Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  2. Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
  3. We may ask that you provide us with further information that may help us verify your identity.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it. At a minimum, your name and email address will be needed in your request. You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request. However, we do consider requests made through your password-protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to the personal information associated with that specific account.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days of receiving it. We will then work to deliver you the requested information within 45 days of receiving the request.

While we strive to respond to most consumer requests within the times above, depending upon where you reside, some requests may take longer. We will notify you in writing if we need more time to respond, stating the reason for such delay. Normally, we do not charge a fee to process or respond to consumer requests. However, for residents of certain states or countries, we may charge a fee if the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

  • Children Under the Age of 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under the age of 18 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website or Platform or on or through any of its features, register on the Platform, make any purchases through the Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Platform or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Security

  • How We Are Protecting Your Data

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. We encrypt other information collected from you with SSL technology, including, everything related to the My10x web tool.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in any public areas of our Platform. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of our Platform.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Platform.

  • Length of Retention and When Destroyed

We will only retain your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes that it was processed. If you maintain a profile on our Platform, we will retain your data for as long as your profile remains active, or until you exercise your rights described herein. We may decide to keep your data in perpetuity if it can no longer identify you individually.

Redress

  • Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page and via email.
