How It Works

Using the trip planning service is simple. Click on each step below to read more. And remember, the key to the trip of your dreams is to communicate your preferences with your local expert. Let’s get started!

Make Your Trip Request:

Start by requesting a trip to the destination you want to visit.

Once submitted, you will be matched with your local expert.

Craft Your Trip:

Set a meeting with your expert. This is where you’ll discuss ideas and inspiration.

Next, your expert will craft your itinerary. A personalized trip proposal requires a $100 crafting fee.

Your expert will craft the trip around your travel dates, pricing, and availability.

You and your expert will discuss your options and alternatives until your itinerary is perfected.

Book your trip:

Book by submitting your trip deposit, which is typically 20-40%. This will lock in all your reservations.

Final payment is due 1-2 months before departure.

Prior to departure, you’ll receive local tips and tricks – the secret sauce that makes your trip special.

Your local expert will be there for you throughout, with 24/7 support.

Share your favorite moments and tag so we can repost our favorites.

Provide your expert with as much information as you can about your travel style, things you like to do and things you don’t care to see/do.
