Our Take
The Ink Business Premier® Credit Card has a distinct difference from other Chase Ink products. Unlike its siblings, this card focuses exclusively on cash back, but not the kind of cash back that can be turned into Ultimate Rewards points like some other Ink cards. Rather than transferable Ultimate Rewards points, this card is exclusively a cash back card, offering unlimited 5% cash back on travel purchased through Chase Travel℠, unlimited 2.5% cash back on purchases of $5,000 or more, and unlimited 2% cash back on all other business purchases.
The card provides solid travel benefits including trip cancellation and interruption insurance and no foreign transaction fees, making it suitable for businesses with significant expenses and international travel. However, its inability to earn transferable points means it generally receives less enthusiasm from our team and our readers compared to other Ink cards, which typically offer more flexibility and higher value through transfer partners. For businesses prioritizing straightforward cash back over travel rewards optimization, this card offers a simplified rewards structure with competitive earning rates on large purchases.
