Meet Emily

Back in 2017, Emily saw an ad on Facebook for 10xTravel telling her that she could travel to Thailand using points and miles for nearly free and the rest was history. It’s been years since then and she hasn’t paid for a trip in cash since and has no intentions to. Not only have points and miles helped Emily go on elaborate international trips, but they’ve also helped her attend nearly every wedding she’s ever been invited to.

When she’s not traveling, you can find Emily skiing the Colorado peaks, singing to herself or finding the nearest body of water to swim in.

Emily majored in writing and communication and previously worked at Chase in their marketing and advertising department.

She started writing for 10xTravel in 2021 and has worn just a few hats since then as an Award Booker, Operations Specialist, and now Chief Marketing Officer.

Favorite Redemption

I'm torn between my first ever redemption and my most recent one. My first one, Thailand, holds a special place in my heart because it really convinced me that traveling with points and miles was possible in a big way. My latest one, Australia, was epic because it's an incredibly hard destination to find award availability to, we flew first and business class, and stayed in one of the most renowned points and miles hotels, the Park Hyatt Sydney.
