Curtis here. One thing we heard quite often in the survey was that you really enjoyed the “Quick Wins” posts – so here you go!

There are 3 current ones that I’d like to highlight for IHG, Starwood and Delta.

Earn a minimum of 47,000+ IHG points for $50 and 2 hours of work

Summary: IHG just recently launched a promotion called “Priceless Surprises” which grants a member an email game entry for every stay they have between now and 2/15/2016. (94 maximum entries per member)

However, instead of staying in a hotel you can just print out some information on a 3×5 lined index card and grant yourself entries that way, since the contest has to be “no purchase necessary.”

Each entry is a guaranteed winner of at least 500 IHG points. (among other really cool prizes – official rules here)

Note: You can use your Discover It card with Apple Pay to get 20% cash back on your stamps, envelopes and index card purchase from Walgreens.

Points: 94 maximum entries x 500 IHG points (minimum) per entry = 47,000+ IHG points.

Value: Assuming we value each IHG point as at least 0.7 cents per point, it would be worth about $329.

Get an easy 1,000 Delta points

Summary: This is a pretty easy way to earn 1,000 Delta points. If you already have the Delta SkyMiles credit card then all you will have to do is:

  1. Register for the promotion
  2. Spend $1 on your card
  3. Make a small purchase through the Delta shopping portal to generate at least 1 mile

Note: If you don’t have a Delta credit card, you’ll have to find a second way to get at least one mile OTHER than the shopping portal. One idea is to utilize their dining program.

Rules:

  2. Earn miles by using the services of two or more participating non-airline partners by February 29, 2016.
  3. To earn the bonus, registered members need to earn miles with a minimum of two (2) different partners.

(FREE) Daily contest to win 1,000 – 10,000 Starwood points + other prizes

Summary: Starwood hotels has a quick puzzle game (takes about 30 seconds to complete) for a chance to win 1,000+ Starwood points each day, along with other prizes.
