Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email to info@10xTravel.com.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your account being charged the annual membership fee are subject to a full refund.

Cancellations made 30+ days after the annual membership fee was charged may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to approval of 10xTravel.

Free Award Booking + 15% Discount

All 10xTravel+ Members will receive one free Award Booking with the 10xTravel Award Booking Service per membership year. This is issued as a credit of $275. It can be used over multiple bookings, until exhausted. Additional passengers to be charged at the normal rate displayed on the Award Booking Service page.

10xTravel+ Members will also receive 15% off of all Award Booking Services with no limit to the number of times this discount can be used. 15% to be deducted from the final invoice amount.

Free Staff Consults

All 10xTravel+ Members will have the ability to schedule up to two 1:1 consults with a member of the 10xT staff per membership year.

These consults are 30 minutes each and can be held via zoom, phone call, etc.

Other

10xTravel reserves the right to refuse refunds to any individual who appears to be “gaming” the terms and conditions of this program. So please don’t think that you can sign up for a membership, take advantage of discounts/perks, and then cancel within 30 days to get a full refund.
