Bilt Rewards has just announced an exciting new partnership with Southwest Airlines, allowing members to transfer their Bilt Points to Southwest’s Rapid Rewards program at a 1:1 ratio. This collaboration brings together America’s largest domestic airline by passenger count with Bilt’s innovative rewards program that turns housing payments into travel benefits.
The partnership gives Bilt members access to Southwest’s network of more than 100 routes, including destinations across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America. Whether you’re planning a business trip or a dream vacation, points earned from your monthly rent or mortgage payment can now fly you there.
Bilt members will be able to transfer Bilt Points at a 1:1 ratio to Southwest and book Rapid Rewards award tickets with no blackout dates. Bilt Points will transfer to Southwest via twice a day batch process; one in the morning and one in the evening. All records within each file are quickly processed and points awarded. Bilt will be working towards a real-time point transfer solution in the near future.

Bilt members earn points (up to 100,000 points in a calendar year) on every on-time rent payment and can use these points for various redemptions, including future rent payments, down payments on homes, and student loan payments. Members also gain access to exclusive “Neighborhood Benefits” at local restaurants, coffee shops, and fitness studios where they live.
This partnership further strengthens Bilt’s position as one of the most flexible rewards programs available, turning what was once just a monthly expense into valuable travel opportunities and everyday benefits for renters and homeowners alike.
