If you’re looking to boost your Atmos Rewards points balance, two limited-time credit card welcome offers could help you get closer to your next award flight. The Atmos™ Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® credit card is offering 100,000 bonus points and a 25,000-point Global Companion Award after spending $6,000 or more on purchases within the first 90 days of account opening. The card carries a $395 annual fee and offers premium travel benefits that could appeal to frequent Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines travelers.
The Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® credit card is offering up to 80,000 bonus points and a $99 Companion Fare, plus taxes and fees from $23. You’ll earn 60,000 bonus points and the Companion Fare after spending $3,000 or more on purchases within the first 90 days of account opening. Spend a total of $5,000 or more during that same 90-day period, and you’ll earn an additional 20,000 bonus points. With a $95 annual fee, the Ascent card offers a lower-cost way to earn Atmos Rewards points that can be redeemed for award travel.
Our Take
These limited-time Atmos Rewards credit card offers are worth considering if you’re looking to build your points balance for future travel. Our preference is the Summit card for travelers who can comfortably meet the $6,000 spending requirement and take advantage of its premium benefits. The 100,000 bonus points could provide substantial value when redeemed strategically, particularly for international award flights. Plus, the 25,000-point Global Companion Award could help reduce the points needed to book eligible award travel for a companion.
For travelers who prefer a lower annual fee, the Ascent card is an attractive alternative. We particularly like the flexibility of its two-tiered welcome offer. You can earn 60,000 bonus points and the $99 Companion Fare, plus taxes and fees from $23, without meeting the full $5,000 spending requirement. However, if you can reach that threshold through purchases you’d already planned to make, earning the additional 20,000 bonus points could make this offer even more valuable. Our recommendation is to choose the card that best fits your spending habits and travel goals. Both offers provide an opportunity to earn a substantial number of Atmos Rewards points, but the right choice depends on how much you’re willing to spend and which card benefits you’ll actually use.
