Exciting news, we’ve just completed a substantial update to our free course and it’s finally ready to share with all of you!

In particular, we made the following changes:

  • Added a section that walks you through the entire process of booking an award trip, featuring a real-world trip to Italy.
  • Rebuilt the entire section on credit scores to be shorter and more intuitive
  • Enhanced the section that covers reconsideration calls, including new word-for-word scripts you can use
  • Reorganized a handful of sections for a better overall learning experience

We also made updates and tweaks to a bit of content that had become outdated.
