A new perk has been added to The Business Platinum Card® from American Express and the American Express® Business Gold Card.
American Express is now offering eligible cardmembers up to $300 in statement credits per calendar year on U.S. purchases of ChatGPT Business subscriptions, available on both the Amex Business Gold and Amex Business Platinum. ChatGPT Business runs $20 per user per month and includes:

Our Take
If ChatGPT is already part of your workflow, this effectively makes the subscription free and then some. That said, this credit is narrower than it could be. A lot of us are using other AI tools, whether that’s Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or something else entirely, and it would have been more useful if Amex had taken a broader approach similar to how the personal Platinum handles the entertainment credit. For now it only covers ChatGPT Business, so your mileage will vary depending on which tools you actually use day to day.
