Finnair is only technically a transfer partner of Capital One and Rove. However, if you have transferable currencies like AMEX, Chase, Bilt or Wells Fargo, you can transfer your points to British Airways and then use the combine Avios tool to move them to Finnair. If you have another bank with neither British Airways or Finnair as a direct transfer partner, you will need to transfer to Qatar first, link your Qatar account to your British Airways account and then link your British Airways account to Finnair.
