If you haven’t considered a trip to Vietnam, this is your sign. Vietnam is one of the most beloved countries amongst tourist in South East Asia between its breathtaking landscapes and cultural richness.  It is also a very affordable destination and a great location to position to other destinations in South East Asia. From July 2024 to June 2025, you can book from San Francisco (SFO) direct to Ho Chi Minh (SGN) for as low as 102k per person in business. This is booked through Flying Blue flying Vietnam Airlines. If Ho Chi Minh is not your final destination, you may be able to fly to other SE Asia locations such as SIN, KUL, MNL, BKK for a similar price.

Flying Blue is a transfer partner of nearly every transferable currency including Chase, AMEX, Capital One, Citi, Bilt, Barclays, and Brex. Flying Blue is known to hold award fares, so you are welcome to call the programs to request to hold the fare prior to transferring points.
