Our Take
The United Club℠ Business Card is issued by Chase and is one of two co-branded United Airlines business credit cards. This one differs from the other business credit card offered by United in terms of its United Club℠ access and other benefits, but the points earning rate on United flights is the same. This card offers United Club membership, whereas the United℠ Business Card only offers two one-time passes per year, so if you plan to frequent United Clubs, you may want to opt for this card.
The earnings rate on United flights listed for this card doesn’t include the additional 5X points you’ll earn as a MileagePlus member, meaning you’ll earn a total of 7X miles on United flights when you use the United Club Business Card and you’re a MileagePlus member.
One thing to note is that this card doesn’t include a TSA PreCheck or Global Entry application fee statement credit, which is something that other United credit cards include, such as the United Club℠ Infinite Card, which also offers United Club membership, 4X points on United flights (plus 5X points for being a MilagePlus member, for a total of 9X points). However that card is a personal one, meaning it will take up a 5/24 slot, and the annual fee is higher. However, depending on your needs, it might be an option to consider.
