All information about the Centurion Card from American Express has been collected independently by 10xTravel.

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is one of the busiest airports globally. And it’s no wonder—DFW is American Airlines’ largest hub, and the airport spans an area bigger than Manhattan.

DFW has five terminals that are all connected, post-security, by the complimentary Skylink train service.

American Airlines has the highest number of lounges at DFW, boasting five Admirals Clubs and one Flagship Lounge. However, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Express, Capital One and Priority Pass all have a lounge presence at DFW, making it an ideal airport when it comes to scoring a comfy seat and free glass of bubbly.

The easiest way to navigate your way around these lounges and discover their amenities and entry requirements is to use the free My10x Lounge Finder tool in the My10x app.

Let’s take a look at the DFW airport lounges on offer and how to get access to them.

Tips for Making the Most of Your Lounge Visit at DFW

Most airport lounges at DFW allow you to enter a maximum of three hours before your flight departs, unless you have a connection, in which case you can often enter earlier.

To make the most of your lounge experience at DFW, be sure to arrive early. This way, you’ll be able to maximize your time spent in the lounge, loading up on freebies, trying the local craft beers or getting some work done.

Some lounge networks, such as Centurion and Capital One lounges, allow you to view how busy the lounge is through their respective apps, and join a wait-list in advance. By doing this, you’ll be able to enter the lounge as soon as you arrive, avoiding the need to queue.

The Lounge Experience at DFW International Airport

DFW is the fourth-busiest airport in the world by the number of passengers commuting through it every year. For this reason alone, having a refuge to escape to before takeoff is essential to ensuring a relaxed travel experience.

Luckily, DFW has a range of lounges on offer, whether it’s airline lounges like the Admirals Club or independent networks like Priority Pass. This makes it easy to get access to at least one of these lounges, be it through frequent flyer status, a premium cabin ticket or simply by holding the right credit card (our preferred method).

To find airport lounges and their entry requirements in the airport you’re flying out of, take advantage of the My10x Lounge Finder tool in the My10x app.
