10xTravel Elite Lounge

The 10xTravel Elite Lounge is the tip of the spear of exclusivity, reserved for our most active community members.

Unlike the Founders Club Lounge which is a limited-time offering for any member that signs up within two weeks of launch, the 10xTravel Elite Lounge is designed for members who reach the top of our community status ladder.

To do so, you need to earn points on qualifying activities, as shown below.

We reward our members for commenting, posting and engaging with other community members.

To become a 10xTravel Elite member, you need to earn a total of 2,000 points. While that might seem like a lot, there are a number of other status tiers on the road to 10x Elite, with rewards to earn at certain levels.

For instance, Gold members—which requires only 40 points—receive a discount on our award booking service, while Titanium members get discounts on award booking services in addition to early access to new My10x features.

And unlike with airline loyalty programs, you don’t need to fly hundreds of thousands of miles to earn status with us—simply being an active member of the community is all that’s required.

What Your First Week in the Community Looks Like

Joining the 10xTravel+ community is an exciting step in your points and miles journey. What’s more is that it’s easy to get started as well as earn some points in the process.

You’ll first be prompted to create a profile where you can add your picture, name, headline and bio, among other details. This helps other community members know and trust who they’re talking to.

Once you’ve entered your details and clicked continue, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard and met with a welcome message.

You’ll want to begin by completing the Welcome Checklist.

This checklist includes six lessons with actionable content and helpful videos to get your account up and running. Once you’ve completed a lesson, click the “Complete lesson” button at the bottom of the page.

During the account setup process, you’ll be able to configure your email and in-app notifications so that you only receive the notifications you’re interested in.

Keep in mind that you need to complete the welcome checklist before you can access all features of the 10xTravel+ private community. If there’s a padlock next to all of your community features (as shown below), that means you still need to finish the welcome checklist—which includes introducing yourself to the community.

Once your checklist is complete, you’ll have full access to all account features, excluding the 10x Elite Lounge.
