This is flying Air Canada booked through Air Canada between YVR and MNL. These low fares in business are highly recommended for not only those interested in the Philippines, but also for those with any Asia-based plans. If Vancouver is not your home airport, you may be able to book from another North American location for a similar price.
Keep in mind that you can add a stopover on each one-way or roundtrip ticket through Air Canada for as little as 5k extra per person if you are interested in another destination within the Pacific region.
