Headquartered in Doha, Qatar Airways is the national airline of the Middle Eastern nation of Qatar as well as the country’s largest airline. This carrier operates a large international route network from its hub at Hamad International Airport, currently flying to over 170 destinations around the world. And, of course, Qatar Airways is well known for its Qsuite business-class product, which has earned Qatar Airways the honor of the “World’s Best Business Class Airline” in 2025, according to a Skytrax ranking.

The Qatar Airways Qsuite business-class product includes outstanding amenities, such as doors that offer complete privacy, bespoke Diptyque amenity kits, access to Qatar Airways’ award-winning airport lounges, gourmet dine-on-demand service, complimentary beverages and more. However, this impressive level of luxury comes at a hefty price. Qsuite tickets can cost over $10,000 when purchased with cash.

Luckily, by using points and airline miles, you can experience the world’s best business-class product without paying a five-figure sum of cash. In this article, we’re going to look at some of the best ways to book Qatar Airways Qsuites business class with points and miles. Plus, we’ll also discuss what you can expect when flying in this world-renowned business class.

Which Qatar Airways Flights Have Qsuites Business Class?

First off, not all Qatar Airways aircraft that offer business-class service offer the Qsuites product. Qsuites service is only available on certain long-haul international flights, and only certain aircraft types offer Qsuites. Here’s a breakdown of each aircraft type in the Qatar Airways fleet that offers Qsuites and how likely you are to get Qsuites service on that aircraft type:

  • All Airbus A350-1000 aircraft have Qsuites.
  • Most Boeing 777-200LR aircraft have Qsuites.
  • Most Boeing 777-300ER aircraft have Qsuites.
  • Some Airbus A350-900 aircraft have Qsuites.

If a flight is operated using any aircraft type not listed above, then that flight doesn’t offer Qsuites service. It’s worth noting, however, that Qatar Airways has introduced a luxury business-class product to some of its Boeing 787-9 aircraft that some refer to as “Qsuites Lite” or “Mini Qsuites” due to the 787-9’s narrow cabin. While this business-class product isn’t true Qsuites, it shares many of the same amenities.

Flights that offer Qsuites service bear a “Qsuites” tag in the flight listings on the Qatar Airways website, which makes it fairly simple to identify which flights offer Qsuites. You can also typically tell if an aircraft offers Qsuite service by looking at its seat map. Oftentimes, if the aircraft has a 1-2-1 seating configuration and/or has alternating forward- and rear-facing seats, and is one of the aircraft types listed above, then it probably offers Qsuite service.

What to Expect In Qatar Airways Qsuites Business Class

As mentioned above, Qatar Airways won the award for “World’s Best Business Class Airline” in 2025, according to Skytrax, which is widely regarded as the utmost authority for airline industry reviews. So, as you might expect, this business-class product includes some rather impressive amenities.

There are four different configurations of Qsuites: Single Suite, Double Suite, Twin Suite and The Quad. Each of these configurations differs in the number of seats contained in your suite. And, while both the Twin Suite and the Double Suite contain two seats, the Twin Suite contains a table that divides the two seats, allowing for more room between them.

All Qsuites seats (regardless of configuration) can recline into a lie-flat bed of about 79 inches in length. Each seat is about 21 inches wide. Qsuites seats on all aircraft types are arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration.

One of the best features of Qsuites seats is the door, which is as tall as the seat itself, ensuring maximum privacy.

Every seat is equipped with plenty of storage space, overhead air nozzles that help control the temperature at your seat and a 21.5-inch seatback entertainment screen. With this screen, you can access Qatar Airways’ Oryx One in-flight entertainment, which includes up to 8,500 different options of movies, TV shows and audio programs.

Each passenger traveling on select routes in Qsuites business class will receive an amenity kit designed by iconic French perfumer Diptyque. This kit contains the following:

  • Nourishing rose-enriched lip balm
  • Orange blossom-scented body lotion
  • Essential face cream with prickly pea extract
  • A Diptyque fragrance (either “Eau Rose” or the company’s signature fragrance “34 Boulevard Saint Germain”)
  • A comfortable eye mask
  • Ear plugs
  • Socks

All of these products are housed in a classy vegan leather pouch. Additionally, dental kits with toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as Diptyque soap and hand lotion, are available in the lavatories.

Qsuites passengers will also be provided with pillows, a quilted mattress, a plush blanket, and, on long-haul and ultra-long-haul flights, sleepwear and slippers designed by The White Company.

In terms of food service, Qatar Airways offers gourmet on-demand meals. Qatar Airways also ranked second in the world in Skytrax’s “Best Business Class Onboard Catering” category in 2025.

Meals in Qsuites consist of four courses: a starter, a soup, a main dish and a dessert. Passengers can choose from several options for each course. Here are the examples that Qatar Airways uses on its website for each course:

  • Starter: Burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes
  • Soup: Celery and pear soup with blue cheese crostini
  • Main: Duo of lamb mash and seasonal vegetables
  • Dessert: Pistachio mousse, oat biscuit and spiced plums

Since the Qsuites product includes a dine-on-demand concept, you can order any menu item at any time. You can also order several of each course. You can have two main dishes or three desserts. The flight attendants will bring you whatever you request as long as supplies last.

Qatar Airways Qsuites passengers also have access to a large variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including spirits, beers, cognacs, liqueurs, cocktails, mocktails, non-alcoholic champagne, soft drinks, juices, teas, coffee and more.

Qatar Airways also has an excellent selection of wines available, including red, white, rosé, champagne and sparkling wines. In fact, Qatar Airways also received the Gold medal for “Overall Wine Cellar” in 2024 in the Business Traveller “Cellars in the Sky” competition.

Plus, your Qsuites experience will begin before you even board your flight. Passengers ticketed in Qsuites business class will receive complimentary access to eligible Qatar Airways lounges, including the Al Mourjan Garden lounge at Doha’s Hamad International Airport, which was rated the world’s “ Best Business Class Airline Lounge” in 2025 by Skytrax.

And, since Qatar Airways is a member of Oneworld Alliance, Qsuites passengers also receive complimentary access to more than 600 Oneworld partner lounges around the world.

Best Programs Through Which You Can Book Qatar Airways Qsuites Business Class

Qatar Airways Privilege Club

In most cases, the best program through which to book Qsuites award flights is Qatar Airways’ own Privilege Club frequent flyer program. This program has the most Qsuites award availability of any frequent flyer program, and some of these awards are priced according to a fixed award chart.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club has two different types of awards: “Saver” awards, which are priced according to fixed award charts, and “Flexi” awards, which are priced using a dynamic pricing model. If you can find Qsuites awards at Saver levels, you can get incredible value. However, even Qsuites awards at Flexi rates can offer great value.

For example, we found a round-trip Qsuites award itinerary between Washington, D.C. (IAD) and Doha (DOH) for a total of 210,000 Avios. While the taxes and fees for this itinerary weren’t displayed, they’re usually between $200 and $300 for a round-trip itinerary on this route. The outbound flight is a Flexi rate (140,000 Avios) and the inbound flight is a Saver rate (70,000 Avios). We were unable to find any Qsuites Saver awards on the outbound leg of this itinerary.

If you were to book this same flight itinerary with cash instead of Avios through the Qatar Airways website, it would cost you about $12,549.

So, although this redemption requires a lot of Avios, it would give you a value of about 6 cents per Avios (accounting for the potential taxes and fees you’d have to pay for this award flight). That’s an outstanding value.

Plus, Qatar Airways Privilege Club is a transfer partner (either directly or indirectly) of nearly every major U.S. credit card rewards program. American Express Membership Rewards, Bilt Rewards, Capital One Rewards, and Citi ThankYou Rewards all allow 1:1 points transfers to Qatar Airways Privilege Club.

And, while Chase Ultimate Rewards and Wells Fargo Rewards don’t allow direct transfers to Qatar Airways, both programs do allow 1:1 points transfers to British Airways Executive Club. And, since both Qatar Airways and British Airways use the Avios currency, you can freely transfer Avios from British Airways to Qatar Airways.

Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards

Another program through which you can find Qatar Airways Qsuites award flights is the Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards program. Qsuites award availability is slightly scarcer through this program, and Qsuites awards also typically require more miles through the Atmos Rewards program than through Qatar Airways Privilege Club. However, you can still get excellent value on Qsuites award redemptions through the Atmos Rewards program.

For example, we found a Qatar Airways Qsuites business-class award itinerary between New York (JFK) and Doha (DOH) for 300,000 points plus $77 in taxes and fees.

If you were to book the same itinerary with cash through the Qatar Airways website, it would cost you about $12,399.

Thus, factoring in the taxes and fees you’d pay for the award flight, this Atmos Rewards redemption would give you a value of about 4.1 cents per point, which is excellent.

Plus, Atmos Rewards members can earn points by transferring points at a 1:1 ratio from the Bilt Rewards program, a credit card rewards program that allows you to earn points on rent payments and other expenses.

Additionally, there are several Atmos Rewards co-branded credit cards (including the Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® Card and Atmos™ Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® Card) that allow you to earn points directly on everyday purchases and earn large welcome bonuses. These cards may be a great option for those who fly with Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines often.

American Airlines AAdvantage

You can also book Qatar Airways Qsuites award tickets through the American Airlines AAdvantage program. However, we found it very difficult to find Qsuites award availability on any routes from the U.S. However, if you’re interested in flying in Qsuites for a shorter duration, we found some Qsuites availability on flights between European airports and Doha. And these awards also provide pretty great value per mile.

For example, we found a round-trip Qatar Airways Qsuites award flight itinerary between Dublin (DUB) and Doha (DOH) for 85,000 AAdvantage miles and about $56 in taxes and fees.

If you were to book the same itinerary with cash through the Qatar Airways website, it would cost you about 4,571 euros (about $5,329).

Thus, accounting for the taxes and fees paid for the award flight, this redemption would give you a value of about 6.2 cents per point, which is outstanding.

So, while this flight doesn’t give you as much time to enjoy the Qsuites amenities as a transatlantic flight, it does require fewer miles and offers a great value.

The only major U.S. credit card rewards program that allows transfers to the American Airlines AAdvantage program is Citi ThankYou Rewards. However, if you fly with American Airlines often, you might also want to consider signing up for an AAdvantage co-branded credit card, such as the Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® or Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard®. These cards allow you to earn AAdvantage miles on everyday purchases and also amass a large sum of miles quickly with welcome bonuses.

The Bottom Line

Qatar Airways has reigned supreme as the world’s most luxurious airline in several categories for many years now, and one of the finest products that this airline offers is its Qsuites business class. These seats come in four different configurations, each tailored to the number of people you’re traveling with: Single Suite, Double Suite, Twin Suite and The Quad.

Plus, all Qsuites passengers will receive world-class in-flight service and amenities, including spacious lie-flat beds, large privacy doors, amenity kits designed in collaboration with Diptyque, a 21.5-inch entertainment screen, gourmet meals available on demand, top-tier wines from around the world and much more.

However, cash fares for Qsuites tickets can be exorbitantly expensive, with some round-trip transatlantic fares exceeding $10,000. So, if you want to experience the world’s best business-class product while keeping your out-of-pocket costs low, your best option is to book with points or miles.

Generally, the best program through which to book Qsuites awards is Qatar Airways’ own Privilege Club frequent flyer program, which is a transfer partner (either directly or indirectly) of almost every major U.S. credit card rewards program. You can also often find Qsuites awards that offer great value through the Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards program or the American Airlines AAdvantage program.
