We are going to make some changes to simplify 10xTravel+ based on feedback we have received from many of you over the first year of the program.

Here’s what you need to know.

One Level of Membership – $199 per Year

We are eliminating the Pro level membership and consolidating the program into one single price point, $199 per year. Pro members will automatically be switched over on April 15th and receive a prorated discount for the remainder of their membership year.

Current members at the Basic account level, including those grandfathered in from 10xTravel Support, have the option to upgrade their account to a full 10xTravel+ Membership for the discounted rate of $100 for the first year.

Those who do not wish to upgrade can remain at the Basic/Supporter level and will receive 50% off of one award booking per year, so long as their membership remains active. Please note that this level of membership will not include access to any other benefits mentioned below.

One Free Award Booking Each Year + 15% Discount + Priority Service

All 10xTravel+ Members will now receive one free 10xTravel Award Booking per year, renewing each year on your account anniversary. This Award Booking will be valid for one round-trip itinerary for up to two passengers, additional passengers will be charged at your new discounted rated. The free award booking is issued as a credit towards your account, and will be applied automatically to any bookings until you’ve used the entire value.

10xTravel+ Members will also receive 15% off on all award bookings, with no limit on the number of times you can use this discount.

Lastly, 10xTravel+ Members will receive priority service on all award bookings, putting your requests at the front of the line for faster turnaround times by our team.

Advanced Access to Award Alerts

10xTravel+ Members will continue to receive advanced access to all of our Award Alerts, receiving them approximately 24 hours prior to anyone else.

This gives you a head start on booking rare and valuable award space before anyone else knows about it.

Merch Store & Related Perks Being Discontinued

Our experiment with merchandise didn’t go as we had hoped, so we will be closing the 10xTravel Store and eliminating all merchandise-related perks of 10xTravel+.

This includes our random member surprises, though we still may send a random surprise or two.

Access to 1:1 Consults with 10xT Staff

All 10xTravel+ Members will have the ability to schedule up to two 1:1 consults with a member of the 10xT staff per membership year.

These consults are 30 minutes each and can be held via zoom, phone call, etc.

You can ask questions, get help with your points & miles strategy, or just pop in to say hello!

These changes help to streamline 10xTravel+ so that we can give you more of what you want and less of what you don’t.
