Social Distancing Saturday is a new series by 10xTravel that shares ideas for how to pass the time while you are doing your part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by engaging in #SocialDistancing. These pieces will not be directly related to points, miles, or travel, but rather are being shared just to help bring some joy to anyone who needs it in these difficult times.
Welcome to another edition of Social Distancing Saturday!
Before we get to this week’s material I wanted to quickly share the winning artwork from last Saturday’s 10xTravel Drawing Contest. We asked readers to simply “draw an airplane”, submit their artwork to 10xT, and the winners would be chosen by our 10xTravel Insider’s Facebook Group.
The top 3 vote getters would win Amazon gift cards and one pack of toilet paper, conveniently shipped to their front door.
Overall the quality of the submissions were incredible. I was blown away by the amount of artistic talent among our readers.
But despite the many fantastic submissions, only three pieces of artwork could win.
Here they are!
1st Place – Sonia Jerzy
2nd Place – Jessica Labrie
3rd Place – Ekaterina Kouznetsova
Thanks to all who participated!
Introducing 15 Minute Chats with the 10xT Team
Today we are thrilled to announce the launch of “15 Minute Chats with the 10xT Team”!
These are exactly what their name entails, quick 15 minute one-on-one video chats with a member of the 10xTravel team. You can use these to get personalized help with travel, points & miles strategy, or just a chance to chat with another human being for a while.
You can sign up for a time slot by visiting this link and choosing the date and time most convenient for you.
All time slots are first come, first served and availability updates in real time. We will continue to add more availability as we go so be sure to check back every now and again.
Our goal is to continue to make ourselves available to you until everyday life returns to somewhat normal.
That’s all for today. Enjoy the rest of your #SocialDistancingSaturday !
